You could use CNE Investigator (http://www.spectorcne.com/). It will show
them every keystroke you type, and can record what is on your screen at
any given time.
Or ... you could just do outstanding work and make sure you publicize what
you do and show the relevance and benefits of it (a la John Posada's
examples).
