How about this one, very recent:
I was working on documentation for a group. They have tones of forms
with all kinds of labels and running numbers. QCF, RF, RMAF, CSF and who
knows what F... so I suggested in an email, why don't we just call them
all "FRM" for Forms?
The answer? "I understand what you are saying now!"
So looks like this group will just have forms, numbers (assigned to a
task or function) and a running number. Fun!
