I remember being in a Visio training class in which the instructor kept
doing something I found annoying. Every time she would come to a
situation in which there were multiple ways to accomplish a task, she
would say, "What *I* do is ... " Now, I understand that what she
*meant* was "Here's a suggestion I'm offering from my own experience,"
but it came off sounding like, "I'm the greatest expert there is, so
you'd better do what I do if you want to use Visio properly."
