MediaView is basically WinHelp on steroids. You'd have to test (and
maybe run a couple of Edit/Replaces for things like ewc to bullet
list), but you should be able to open the RTF files in any authoring
tool that supports WinHelp. You should then be able to publish to some
kind of HTML output.
Converting to XML requires more work (if you're using XML with a
schema other than the W3C's, that is) because all information needs to
be categorized and assigned the appropriate tag.
