IIRC, you drag the anchor to move it, and the pic follows, sort of.
And, in earlier Word versions you get a bunch of adjustable properties
when you insert a graphic--the text wrap setting is one of them. Isn't
the graphic's position on the page (relative to top/bottom/left/right
margins) in there somewhere? See a description of how to use the
