As mentioned a few lines earlier in the post, it's Real Estate.
BTW, in keeping with the thread, I recently posted this cartoon on the

It's a bit conflicting to wish that your employer would generally do
well and, incidentally continue to employ you, while simultaneously
wishing that a lucrative division of the company (the DRM crypto biz)
would go down in flames.
