Is there an Open Source project whose stuff you use, or that interests
you, or whose goals seem particularly worthy? You could write some
documentation for them. That's one more thing to put on the resume
and perhaps a service to everyone. Also, it gives you documentation
you can show to anyone. Not only can you bring it to interviews, you
can put a URL in your resume.
