I believe you could also copy-and-paste a tagged paragraph from your source
file to your target file. Then in the target file (which doesn't yet have
that para tag defined), you'll notice an asterisk next to the para tag name
in the status are at the bottom of the screen (where the flow and para tags
are). Simply use ctrl-m to get to the para designer dialog box, and then
add that style.
Not an automated way, so not particularly practical for adding a style to a
lot of files, but a nice shortcut.
