Here's a visio plug-in, but I'm not clear whether it requires Confluence
installation also:

And, here's a Visio viewer that enables viewing inside IE:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=D88E4542-B174-4198-
AE31-6884E9EDD524&displaylang=en. It won't help with revising them, but
you could view them and then just take a screenshot.

You can find other options by googling "import visio" or "visio viewer".
