Says who? Is that in the instructions for the self-review? Is that
communicated by your manager or a higher-up?
One of the things about "key strengths" is that they are likely to be
persistent and non-volatile. Even if you have improved in other areas
(i.e., former weaknesses), your key strengths are likely to be
stronger than your formerly-weak strengths.
Around here, we have to evaluate ourselves against the corporate
values. Nice that the values are not just for a plaque on the wall,
but a value is not the same thing as a goal.
