How many warnings are too many (was "Button Gravity" and "Warning Gravity")

This raises another question. At what point do cautions and warnings
become counterproductive because people start dismissing them?

BTW, I believe we have defined a paragraph style for "DANGER" but I also
believe we have never used it.
