Subject:Re: Turn off the monitor vs turn the monitor off From:Ken Poshedly <poshedly -at- bellsouth -dot- net> To:salt -dot- morton -at- gmail -dot- com,techwr-l -at- lists -dot- techwr-l -dot- com Date:Mon, 05 Jan 2009 21:16:41 -0500
Finally! It's about darn time! Someone who knows how to put this
whole thing in perspective -- with a Beatles song!!
For the unknowing, they're the first words of "Tomorrow Never Knows",
side 2, track 5 of "Revolver" (the U.S. version) released in August 1966.
And the more I compare the monitor directive to the Beatles lyric,
the more I think they might have in common, perhaps on some other
plane of existence. At least they do on a Monday night just after 9 o'clock.
Thanks Chris! Good one!!

(and yep, a diehard Beatles fan who saw them play in August '66)
