Now you're talking master pages (which InDesign fully supports) and
cross-references (which the InDesign that comes with CS3 does not support),
plus better thread/flow/page management (which again, InDesign w/CS3 isn't
so good at).
I have CS3, and have run into these issues just recently. Turns out that
some of this is better supported in CS4, but not to the extent that
FrameMaker makes it simple to do.
