Replacing fonts in FrameMaker 7.0

'Document uses unavailable fonts.  To reformat using available fonts,
click OK.'

 

...which in practice, at least for the documents I'm currently working
with, means 'to reformat using Times New Roman', which I don't want.

 

Is there any way to change which font FM uses as its replacement?  Or to
just tell it to replace all instances of WeirdFontX in its styles with
SensibleFontY?

 

Cos otherwise I'm going to have to change each style individually in a
number of documents, and that's just not appealing to me as a way of
spending my day...
