Thanks so much to all who replied both on list and off. I now have an
excellent list for my purpose. Of course, some of your suggestions have
been so interesting or funny I hate to stop the flow. So don't take my
thanks as a request to end the thread! I did include Shooter of Moving
Targets and one or two other satirical titles in my list.
