Subject:Qualifications for an Offshore Writer From:"Jon Leer" <jleer -at- leertech -dot- net> To:"TECHWR-L" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- techwr-l -dot- com> Date:Tue, 17 Feb 2009 15:37:59 -0500
I'd like to segue from comments by Julie Stickler [jstickler -at- gmail -dot- com]about
using an offshore writer.
I am curious why the company is offshoring this function at this time?
* Policy - offshoring everything
* Cheaper rate?
* Elimating benefits and taxes?
* Writer would be local to developers?
* Professional journals say it's the way management to go?
