You can establish this in a general section about
how the interface works ("If the OK button is
highlighted, pressing Return is the equivalent
of clicking the OK button") and then in the actual
steps, just say "Click OK."

Our style guide recommends including "the xxx button"
if the button is not a common one but we feel that
users will not be confused by common buttons like
OK or Cancel and that you can just say "Click OK"
in this case.
