In case you are curious, I put together a small marketing piece for the web site. Well, a sort-of marketing piece. I emphasized the benefits as I understood them, but had to do it on the basis of only my own indirect understanding of the clients and their needs. (Oh, and I had a day to do it in.)
This client has no market research group, so there is no market research to draw on, nor am I empowered to do it myself . . . .so, I did the best I could. The piece is definitely much better because of the grounding you all gave me. Thank you.
