The OWL at Purdue <http://owl.english.purdue.edu/> will answer questions
from the public submitted via email concerning English style guides,
plus several other English or writing matters. I never used it myself,
but I refer some foreign graduate students (for whom I copyedit their
dissertations or theses) to seek help there from time to time.
