I'm not fond of either one... I can't tell whether you have paid another company to use their technology or you have six technologies that you license to clients.

Assuming the first, I'd probably say something like "We have acquired licensing for six available technologies (in various stages of development)."

Assuming the second, I'd probably say something like "We have six available technologies (in various stages of development) available for license."
