I don't know why he is using tables when he can align the whole thing with
css, but he has a master table for alignment that he calls "newtabs" and
cells (td) in that table have the cursor property of "pointer."  This is in
the css.

.newtabs td {
	cursor: pointer;
}

My guess, is that this is where the problem lies.

Have him change the property to "wait" and really confuse people.  Here are
