That's what I'd call it, but I'm from the use-a-hyphen school, so I
would write editable drop-down menu. It clarifies the unity of drop-down
and removes the possibility of an editable drop or a down menu.
In the Romance languages you might say "menu editable that drops
downwards," and in German something like Redaktbaruntersunkendemenue. (I
just made that up. Don't adopt it!)
