Hi All,
I have the most weird scenario I've ever encountered, and since I don't
have a paid RoboHelp subscription, and no one on the forums has an
answer - I am desperate.
Version 7 RoboHelp
Output: FlashHelp
Enabled all browsers: Javascript, Flash, and Popups
Verification: *.swf movies work on other machines, they aren't the issue
Issue: Weird behaviors in IE7 and Firefox for viewing *.swf movies, as
detailed below
Drop-down text feature used to click a picture and show or hide the
video clip
in IE7 - works great
in Firefox - does not work
Separate page with standard HTML links to the *.swf movies
in IE7 - does not work
in Firefox - works great
I simply don't understand why or how to fix all this and delivery is
tomorrow afternoon. Any tips/help/pointers would be appreciated.
