While I was speaking somewhat generically--as a general rule, people
hate changing the way they do things--clearly David Neeley's original
comment this morning points to the conventional wisdom re: the ribbon.
That was: "At one go, they are copying what is probably the single most
unpopular change to Microsoft Office in living memory."
