Microsoft has borrowed a page from Dell Computer, which has had a
customer suggestion site for some time. Microsoft is launching a site
called MakeOfficeBetter.com, where you can make suggestions about
improving Office and its future versions.
I, for one, would nominate fixing the things that haven't worked
properly -- ever -- such as autonumbering and the famous book
"feature".
I am fairly confident you folks can think of others.
(How about making the ribbon interface optional, with classic menus as
an alternative?)
