First, have you looked up TOC in Word's online Help? I recommend you do so.

This is an issue pertaining to tabs and dot leaders. Engage *View* > *Rulers
*. You can then click on the horiz ruler to add a tab. Double-clicking a tab
lets you change it from a left (default) to a center- or right-tab.

With the first line selected:

The idea is to set a left tab at the very left, engage the "dot leader"
option in the *Tabs* dialog box, then set a right tab at the very right.

You can indent the second line.

>From there, you can use the Format Painter to (individually) take the
characteristics of these two lines and apply the desired format to the
remaining entries.
