Hey, Ian.
You could try writing a Perl script that creates a new .htm file that uses your CSS, and then pastes in the latest content from the InstallShield update.
Perhaps the process that automatically adds the text to InstallShield could also launch your Perl script, so the whole process would be completely automated.
If you don't have Perl experience, perhaps you can ask a developer to help out. Such a task should only take a few hours for a programmer.
