Do you live/work in a world where everybody who's anybody Tweets and follows other twits?
Or do you live in a world where everybody who's anybody has e-mail, but lotsa those people would still have to go get a Twitter account if they wanted to know what you were saying?
Personally, I despise being made to jump through hoops when I need tech-support. In addition to the personal affront of the software/hardware/other not working the way I expect/need it to do, it's an added indignity to have to start filling out forms and giving personal info, or creating yet-another bogus G-Mail account so I can log into somebody's cutesy support infrastructure.
