Making the printed and PDF numbering match is quite simple in Acrobat
(at least since v.6). Look up "renumber pages" in the help.
If you're using FrameMaker, get the PageLabeler plugin from Rick Quatro
(frameexpert.com), which transfers the FM page numbering to the PDF for
you.
