I second the recommendation to use PageLabeler! It's a great tool, as are
the other plug-ins Rick provides. (And he also provides excellent and
speedy support! At one point I was sure that PageLabeler was causing me
problems, and he spent a lot of time helping me with my template and Frame
updates. And when it turned out to be totally unrelated to PageLabeler, he
was gracious anyway and said he was glad to help.)
