"Y'all" is an indirect form of "you", and can be singular or plural.
It's a vague verbal gesture, like a weak point ina general direction or a head nod.
"All y'all" is most definitely referring to a group and is direct and inclusive. If you're in earshot of hearing it, then whatever it's referencing absolutely also pertains to you, whether the speaker realizes or intends it or not.
And now you know why there are so many bar fights in redneck communities.
