It may be that they trust you and they are willing to risk a few errors in documentation. If you
are worried about repercussions, it couldn't hurt to write a "memo for file" and copy your boss
that documents your attempts to get the information reviewed and your concerns that there
may be errors.
Then if it comes back trying to bite you, at least you have documentation that states you tried
to get review.
It used to bother me that no one reviewed my documentation. Now, I'm worried they will ;)
