Has anyone successfully corrected this problem?
I'm using Acrobat 9 and Word 2003. I want use the PDFMaker functionality
to convert hyperlinks from Word to PDF, or to create bookmarks based on
various styles.
But it no longer works. I just get tiny text like "H0" at the beginning
of the hyperlink, and similar text at the beginning of bookmarked
styles.
