Subject:RE: How do hiring companies view TW resumes? From:"Dan Goldstein" <DGoldstein -at- riverainmedical -dot- com> To:<techwr-l -at- lists -dot- techwr-l -dot- com> Date:Tue, 16 Mar 2010 15:11:42 -0400
A candidate's past employment history speaks volumes in that regard.
Some FTEs move from job to job when the market is good, in order to
broaden their resumes. Other FTEs find a friendly, interesting gig and
stick with it for the long haul, regardless of other opportunities that
might arise.
If the FTE is of the second ilk, a smart company will let the job
broaden over time, in order to keep it interesting.
