No, the ones that I set up with fields *have* styles, but the fields
aren't part of the style. Even when the recipients copy and paste the
fields, they still sometimes mess up the style. But at least they don't
simultaneously mess up the numbering.
It's not really a matter of terminology. It's more like two distinct
layers of stability in a rocky Word world.
(Huh. "Rocky Word world." Say that one three times fast.)
