I worked for a "lead writer" once who scattered her index markers (in Word) anywhere and everywhere within a paragraph. When I worked on the document I moved the markers to the end of paragraphs; when she took them back she made a point of moving them back where she wanted them. It was not an effective working relationship 8^(
