Just checking... have you also set the Show Levels box on the main (no
subtab) panel of the TOC thing to 3?

Subject: TOC Issue with MS Word 2003
Hi,
I'm using Word 2003 on Windows XP, Service Pack 3, and have run into a
problem. I can't get the TOC to pick up more that three levels even
though I am using Word headings-Heading 1, Heading 2, and so forth, and
I select the headings and assign levels under Options in the Index and
Tables window.
Does anyone know how to get this to work? I don't usually use more than
three levels, but I'm working on a guide for IT systems and need the
extra levels.
