Subject:RE: LaTeX - anyone using a wysiwyg editor for it? From:"Monique Semp" <monique -dot- semp -at- earthlink -dot- net> To:"David Neeley" <dbneeley -at- gmail -dot- com>, techwr-l -at- lists -dot- techwr-l -dot- com Date:Mon, 12 Apr 2010 13:31:00 -0700
Hi David,
Yes, you read my apparent amazement correctly :-).
I'm just getting started on looking at my client's doc, so I don't know yet
whether they have a good set of styles set up or whether they just took the
"defaults." But I am installing LyX now, and will also compare it to the
other one I'd found (BaKoMa-TeX). The client mentioned that some people
use MiKTeX, but that's not a wysiwyg editor, so I don't think they knew
what I was asking when I asked what people were using.
So, more within a few days. Thanks so much for all the info!
-Monique
