This was a "known issue" with upgrading to Office 2007 according to our Help Desk. They remotely changed something in my Windows Registry (regedit work). There was nothing in the GUI that I could have done to fix this. And to make it more fun, it is intermittent. My colleague down the hall who was upgraded before I was did not experience this.
