While I applaud the system "actually working at the end",
'cuz it keeps me and my cow-orkers employed... I'm usually
more interested in the system working a little _before_
the end, so that I can see/feel/smell a working sample,
to verify all the lies I've been telling, based on specs
and partial samples, etc.
In other words, I like to catch my own "whoops!" moments
before they are snagged (embarrassingly) by SQA, or
(crushingly) by customers. For that, I need time with
the working product.
