copy a text box in Word 2007

Anyone know how to copy/paste a text box in Word 2007? 



I've got tables that flow from one page to another. I want to insert "(cont.)" in the follow-page table headers. I know how to do this with a text box -- and I'd like to create one text box, and then copy/paste it to all required locations.
