We currently use Help & Manual to create browser based help and PDF files.
It can also create html help and ebooks.
Both Doc to Help and Help and Manual are excellent packages. Doc to Help is
more robust and has a lot of outstanding features, but it also has a steep
learning curve. Help and Manual has a shorter learning curve - so you can
practically hit the ground running. We've been using H&M for five years now,
and have been very happy with it. I would recommend downloading the trial
version and playing around with it.
