It *is* the end of the world if the code is python, where leading spaces
are significant!
A proper solution to this would be good to have. Personally I'd suggest
avoiding Word in the first place, but apparently that's like suggesting
the proverbial Bear or the Pope avoid their favorite rhetorical haunts.
