I agree with Sharon. Mouse model first. Provide keyboard shortcuts in
the menus so the keyboard inclined can switch to them when they are
comfortable.
I was so happy when I bought my Mac that I immediately downloaded a
keyboard shortcuts file because, (wouldn't you know it?), shortcuts
aren't documented on all menus. Right now I'm having a hard time
because Office 2008 Mac makes use of different keyboard shortcuts than
Office 2007 Windows, but they're not documented in the menus. That
said, I haven't taken the time to research this, either.
