I am putting together a plan for a tool that can be used for delivering
documents online. Documents that need to be delivered online are training
manuals, PowerPoint presentations, FAQs, case studies, etc. I would
personally prefer Robo-help for creating help file or Captivate for creating
e-learning modules. But considering the current immediate need, I am
thinking of settling down on Wiki or CMS. And, later on persuade the company
to purchase Robo-help. I have used Wordpress, Zoho wiki. In my opinion
Wordpress is much more than blog. Zoho also serves an intended purpose. But
I would appreciate if you can throw light on any better tool, or perhaps
reinforce my interest in using either of the tools (Wordpress or Zoho) by
highlighting their positive aspects compared to others. I am looking for
best possible option for my company. This is a medium sized company, which
is growing in a fast pace.
Please let me know which Wiki or CMS would be a perfect fit for
documentation purposes.
