RE: Back key in MS Word

It's built in already....

I just tried it on one of my docs to be sure. I clicked on a TOC link. My
cursor moved to the appropriate page and heading. I clicked on the "Alt-left
arrow" key combo, and voila' back to the TOC.

This is the same key combo for going "back" in most browsers and it works in
navigating PDFs as well.
