You don't mention what browser -- I'm guessing FF, recent versions of which seem to do this sort of thing _a lot_. If it is FF, select File > Print Preview, and then play with Page Setup. Sometimes the right combination of margin settings, scaling, and orientation will fix things.
If nothing helps, try a different browser. More often than not in this situation, I end up using my Open in IE add-in.
Or you could just grumble under your breath and send pages 1-2, 4, and 6-7 to the printer. :-)
