We send a hard copy manual only if the user requests it. We've been doing
this for about two years (I think... maybe three...maybe four :)
With each order, we ship a "Resource CD". It contains all the manuals of all
our products with a fairly decent front-end for navigation. In addition, all
manuals are available for download from our web site. For the few software
products we sell, the manual is installed with the product.
We've had few complaints AFAIK and very few people request the hard-
copy manual.
