Subject: RE: Running Book Title Header
In your title page file, define a user variable called (for example) BookTitle. The value of the variable is the title's text string. Use a reference to this variable to display the title on the title page.
Use File>Import>Formats to import the Variable Definitions from the title page to all the chapter files and generated files.
On the master pages of one of the files, insert a reference to the BookTitle user variable into the header of the appropriate page layouts. Then use File>Import>Formats to import Page Layouts from this modified file to all other files that use the same set of master pages.
