Convert 1200 page PDF with Tables to Word

Hi

I have a document that is 1,200 pages long and the whole document is laid out in tables.

Has anyone tackled a similar job before and if so can you give any advice on how to approach this task?

If there is a PDF to Word conversion tool that will handle this conversion without a lot of manual correction after the conversion, I'd love to hear about it.
